Important: Read the information below.

As a service to the participants of the conference, audiotapes of conference workshops are made available for purchase. Conference audiotapes are an excellent way to communicate your ideas and your message to participants unable to attend your session and to your professional colleagues.

If your presentation is suitable for taping (that is, it is not highly interactive or includes a large amount of small group discussion), we encourage you to give it your favorable consideration. However, because taping is done on-site and will not be edited, please give careful thought to your session design and learning methods before giving your approval.

This Audiotape Authorization must be "electronically" signed and submitted electronically by each speaker in order for a session to be taped. If we receive authorization by all members of a group presentation (Please coordinate your responses!), your session will be taped. We appreciate your cooperation and support. All presenters of taped sessions will each receive one complimentary copy of their workshop audiotape.

If you wish to have your handout accompany your audiotape, please provide either:
1. A sign-up sheet where conference participants can request handouts, or
2. Bring 20 copies of your handouts for the audio sales staff to include with the tape.
The Conference staff cannot provide you with duplication services for your handouts.
