ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
Founded in 1984 as the California Career Conference, this gathering of professionals has evolved into the International Career Development Conference, attracting participants from five continents. We expect over 600 Career Development professionals at this year's conference, traveling from throughout the United States, Canada and abroad.

METHODS OF PARTICIPATION
There are several ways for vendors/exhibitors to participate in this international conference:

1.FLYER IN CONFERENCE TOTE BAG
Your one-page (8.5" x 11") flyer can be included in each participant's conference tote bag for a fee of $200. 600 one-page flyers must be received by October 1, 2008. You will be notified of the shipping address.

2.SPONSORED REFRESHMENT BREAK, KEYNOTE PRESENTATION, TOTE BAG OR SOCIAL EVENT
Your organization's name, logo, and address will be displayed on professionally prepared, attractive signs in a high traffic area and in the conference booklet. See the fee schedule.

3.EXHIBIT BOOTH
You can meet and talk with customers at your 10' x 8' booth space in the exhibit hall for a fee of $750 (get two booths for $1300). Each booth rental will include one 6' draped table and two chairs. The exhibit area is carpeted. In addition, one full, three-day conference registration (including three meals) is included with each booth rental. We reserve the right to limit participation to those vendors whose products and services most closely meet the conference theme and conferees' needs.

HOW EXHIBITING AT THIS CONFERENCE IS UNIQUE

Each year we make our exhibit area an integral part of the conference. In planning the conference layout, we place the exhibits in the highest traffic area. To reach the conference registration desk, all registrants pass through the exhibit area. All morning and afternoon refreshment breaks are provided in the center of the exhibit area. All breaks between workshops and general sessions are 30 minutes in length to allow attendees adequate time to visit the exhibits. Exhibitors tell us that they consistently get four to five times the traffic that they experience at other conferences.

    8 am to 1 pm - EXHIBITS OPEN
  • Sunday, November 9th
    1 pm to 4 pm - Booth Take Down

    NOTE: While some vendors tend to move out on Saturday evening, we request that all vendors who sell books or other products remain open until 1 pm on Sunday.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received in writing by September 1, 2008 will be honored less a $75 administrative fee. No refund after September 1, 2008.
