Opinion on True Colors, and on the book Follow Your True Colors to the Work You Love:
I've used True Colors in my career planning classes for several years now. The students love it! I introduce it in the very first class session, which gets them very excited about the course. Students have stated that it not only helps them with career decisions but with other life issues as well! I'm now also teaching College Success courses and will use Carolyn Kalil's True Colors books in these classes too!
