About Registration


Conference Roster

The registration form will be used to generate a roster of participants to be included in each participant's conference program  The inclusion of this roster is consistent with our efforts to promote networking among conference participants.  If you DO NOT wish to be listed in this roster, please indicate so on the registration form.


Conference Details

Three sit-down meals, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, three keynote presentations, over 36 workshops, and admission to the exhibit hall are included. 


Special Events

These pre-conference events require separate registration.
Conference Fee Information for Participants

Students & Presenters

Student and Presenter fees cover the costs of the three meals and many refreshment breaks.  In order to qualify for the student conference rate, individuals must be full-time graduate students who are NOT working full-time at a professional job.

Exhibitors

Each paid exhibitor will receive one (1) three-day conference registration (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

Members

Please note that in order to qualify to register at the "member rate," you must belong to at least one of the sponsoring organizations.

Refund Policy

The conference registration fees, less a $60 administrative fee, will be refunded if cancellation is received IN WRITING by October 1, 2008.  No refunds will be made for cancellations received after the deadline.

Tax Deduction

CONFERENCE EXPENSES may be tax deductible, U.S. regulation 1.1625 permits an income tax deduction for educational expenses (registration fees, costs of travel, meals, lodging) undertaken to: 1) maintain or improve skills required in ones employment or 2) meet express requirements of an employer.
