These two nonprofit professional organizations, along with Career Planning and Adult Development Network, founded this conference in 1984 as a forum for the exchange of ideas between career development practitioners in the State of California.
The conference has attracted participants from the United States, Canada, Europe, Africa, South America, and the Pacific Rim. Today, the International Career Development Conference is the premier conference for career development professionals. We expect over 600 Career Development professionals at this year's conference.
