This PDI, presented by Gail Liebhaber, Build Your Business: Learn about the coaching potential of the MSC Emotional Intelligence Test for yourself and your clients, is your opportunity to understand the four components of EI, to learn current research and theory, and to have fun understanding and developing your own EI.

Gail Liebhaber has been involved in the field of career development for over 20 years as a trainer, consultant, coach and counselor. She has an M.Ed. with a specialization in career counseling and is a Licensed Social Worker in Massachusetts. She is a MBTI Charter Certified Practitioner for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the Strong Interest Inventory and the FIRO-B (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior), a leadership development tool.

Gail established her private practice in 1994, dedicated to the mission of coaching adults through career transitions with effective and empowering results. Working within corporations and non-profits, Gail facilitates a wide spectrum of career-related trainings and consultations, advising participants on concerns such as: leadership development, team building, career management and life/work balance issues.

In addition to her private practice, Gail was the Director of Career Services for the Harvard Graduate School of Design in Cambridge from 1997-2002 and the Director of Career Services at Harvard Divinity School from 2002-August, 2008.

She continues to help individuals discover their career goals and move toward a more rewarding life.

Rochelle McCready, MS, NCC, RPCC, GCFI, holds her master's degree from California State University, Northridge, is a Global Career Development Facilitator, and is Registry Eligible with more than fifteen years experience helping adults determine and reach their career goals. She has counseled re-entry students at California State University Northridge, facilitated life skills workshops for women in transitional housing at Haven Hills, led career skills workshops for the unemployed at the Torrance, Lomita, and Carson One Stop Centers, and school-to-career programs for high school and college-age students. She has designed and delivered several career related programs including, Awakening Your Spirit and Passion for the Learning Tree University. In addition, Rochelle has worked as an outplacement consultant and has extensive experience in training and development in the corporate environment. She has a private career counseling and coaching practice in West Hills where she works with adults in career and job transition to help them repackage their potential.
